More Online Typing Sites

Here are a couple more sites that help teach touch-typing (thanks for the suggestions, Anita!):

My favorite new one is typing.lk This is a beta, but a great basic site. One interesting addition is that there's a way to see the code behind the site: click on the Code tab and you can see how the page was written in various coding languages, including C++ and Python. This might be interesting for those students who may want to learn how to code. Unfortunately, you can't use the browser's zoom of Control-+/Command-+ for this site.

The other sites have some kind of sign-up required, or have advertising on their webpages, but they are worth a look. Note that you can enlarge the onscreen text using Control-+ or Command-+ with ratatype and keybr; you may need to use magnification software for the other sites:

keybr.com
ratatype.com
typing.com
http://play.typeracer.com
